behind the scenes
The Ainger story started back in 1990, when Scott Ainger started Ainger Group Roofing & Exteriors. Being a tradesman himself, he honed in his craft by getting on the roof and laying shingles, handling marketing, sales, customer service and everything else it took to run a business. Fast forward to 2019 and his sons TJ and Michael Ainger took over and together, they scaled the business to what it is today - one of the largest and most established roofing and exteriors companies in Ontario.
The sheer size and scale of operations today is a direct result of innovation, grit and determination - not often seen in the home services industry. The adoption of cutting edge technology to serve as a key tool in streamlining operations, has made Ainger Group what it is today.
Join us on this exciting journey that’s a mix of a trip down memory lane and riding shotgun. It’s going to be informative, honest, actionable and yes, entertaining. Here’s your front row seat to watch as we Build Ainger.

Scott Ainger is the dreamer who started it all 36 years ago. What began as a way to support a young family became decades of hard work, sacrifice and a reputation built on trust. Today, Scott focuses on sales, coaching and mentoring while watching the next generation take Ainger further than he imagined. He’s most proud that after all these years, the Ainger name still means people can trust you to solve the problem.
